The shift from traditional to agile organizational forms is leading to plan, build and run careers becoming role-based jobs. The swissICT working group “ICT Professions” publishes the work of the same name entitled “ICT Professions”, containing around 50 career descriptions. Changes in the world of work are continuously being reflected and represented in the work.
