  • operating parts of the data center, the decentralized systems, and the service desk
  • production in several departments
  • configuration/change management and its processes in several departments
  • compliance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of overarching services
  • integrating services of ICT operations in several departments
  • ensuring ICT operational security across several departments
