In the job profiles, we have replaced the previous terms ‘competence levels’ with ‘levels’. This change serves the purpose of clearer differentiation and is intended to avoid confusion with the ‘areas of competence’. The new designation makes it easier to differentiate linguistically and reduces the need for explanation, which contributes to better comprehensibility. With the introduction of ‘level’, we want to establish even more precise and user-friendly terminology in the job profiles.
